What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major bank cards in our shops and online payments for gift cards.
are drinks included?
Yes! You will be offered a complimentary drink when you arrive for your service. We have a great selection of drinks on offer, ranging from barista quality coffee, soft drinks (redbull etc), craft beers or a gin & tonic!
what if i'm not entirely satisfied?
Customer satisfaction is what we build our reputation on. We have a triple check policy ensuring you are fully satisfied. Firstly, your barber will check before leaving the chair, next our reception will ask before payment and then a follow up email will be sent. If you are not satisfied at any stage, we will of course make a correction or any final adjustments you require.
do your barbers speak english?
Yes! We have a wonderful international team of professional barbers and they all speak fluent English, including our reception team.
Do you have free parking?
Free parking is available at our 1220 location in the underground garage in the IZD tower. Make sure to get your ticket stamped when checking out. Regular street parking for Neubaugasse.
